THE BED & BREAKFAST

Rest & Refuge

Every detail, from the linens to the morning coffee, will be chosen with care.

The B&B Experience

Sein and Skye will offer cozy, thoughtfully designed guest rooms that feel like the best version of a childhood home — warm, personal, and full of life. Guests will feel held and at ease from the moment they arrive.

Beautifully appointed rooms, farm-grown flowers and produce, curated farm-to-table experiences, and the opportunity to connect with nature and community in one of the most scenic corners of New England.

Market Advantage

Litchfield County was named one of the Best Places to Go in the U.S. in 2025 by Condé Nast Traveler and a Top 20 New England weekend destination by Travel + Leisure. There is currently no explicitly queer-affirming, farm-based lodging in the region — a clear market gap that Sein and Skye fill.

The U.S. LGBTQ+ travel market is a significant and growing economic force. Queer travelers actively seek destinations and accommodations where they can be open, safe, and celebrated.
