THE EVENT SPACE

Gather & Celebrate

One of the only venues in Litchfield County to actively and explicitly market to the queer community.

The Event Vision

The property will include an event space — a barn conversion or dedicated outdoor venue — suited for queer weddings, elopements, intimate retreats, and community gatherings. We will be one of the only venues in Litchfield County to actively and explicitly market to the queer community.

Queer couples seeking affirming wedding and elopement venues have very limited options in rural Connecticut. Corporate retreat clients, wellness retreat organizers, and community groups also represent a strong recurring revenue opportunity.
